Our Security Staff is uniformed, trained, smart and professional in their appearance. We have a standard uniform which is Black and White but we can customize it according to your requirements. We have fully licensed SIA door staff (formally known as bouncers), well groomed security guards and reception staff who are trained and highly professional (men and women) with a high personal standard of work ethics and are highly motivated individuals uniformed or covert ready to protect your interests and give you piece of mind. With council licensing laws getting stricter and forcing you to have security on your premises for your license to be granted, why not have a well-known company already in place to show that your doing the upmost for your venue.

All our Door Supervisors have skills and qualified in Customer Care, Behaviour Standards, Civil, and Criminal Law, Drug Prevention,First Aid, Searching, Powers of Arrest, Laws relating to Licensing, Incident Reporting and Scene Prevention, Offensive Weapons and De-escalation Techniques.

Our Door Supervisors are fully trained to report all kind of incidents. Whether it is a minor incident or major - they know exactly what steps to follow in any kind of incident. Our incident reports are very much detailed and all the important information which you may require is already formatted in our incident reports.
We also conduct supervisor visits on a random basis or at the clients request. In some cases, these supervisor visits are free of cost - our clients enjoy the benefit of our supervisor reports which are very comprehensive in nature. It provides all the important information which you may require from us.
When you sign a contract with us, a dedicated Manager is assigned to you who will be taking care of your sites and reporting protocols. You can also call Director if your issues are not sorted by the assigned contract manager.

This is the beauty of Paragon Security Group employees that they are trained professionally in-house as well as have external training. We value our employees and offer them free training. Our HR manager liaise with our operational team and supervisors and identify individual training and pass it over to the Director for approval. Once its approved our in-house trainer and Director himself train our employees and complete the assessment. Most of our staff go under an award winning skills development programme in which they are developed in first aid and welfare, physical intervention skills and emergency management with health and safety. All senior operative are expected to be experts in all of these areas. In addition to this Head Door Supervisors are trained to Level 2 in Team Leading or Level 3 in Management depending on the size of their team. Further qualifications up to Level 7 (postgraduate level) are available for management staff.
